Automated Online Appointment Scheduling

AUTOMATED ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING CALENDAR

Our Automated Appointment Scheduling feature is a FREE practice tool that easily allows patients to book, pay, reschedule, and cancel appointments through a web interface

NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS REQUIRED

Automated Online Appointment Scheduling

Managing appointments for a healthcare practice is more than just keeping the appointment calendar up to date and allowing patients to book appointments online. In reality, an efficient appointment management system for a healthcare practice must accommodate regular appointments as well as other functions such as cancelations, rescheduling, urgent booking, payment processing, and more. Our Automated Online Appointment Scheduling removes the manual and repetitive work associated with managing calendars and schedules. Now you can take advantage of our innovative online appointment system to reduce office overhead, free staff time, and focus on growing your healthcare practice.

Our Automated Online Appointment Scheduling feature is a FREE practice tool that we offer to our healthcare provider clients regardless of the size of the practice. If you decide to use our service, we will also provide you, FREE of charge, with your own Healthcare Provider Web Page. Your patients will be able to make appointments based on your availability from your provider Web Page . All you need to do is supply your patients the link to your Web Page.

Additionally, our Automated Appointment Scheduling does a lot more than simply give patients a list of available times. Patients can cancel and reschedule appointments without having to contact you or anyone in your office. As soon as an appointment is entered in the calendar, that time slot is blocked. If there is a cancelation, the canceled time slot becomes available immediately so that your calendar stays full to maximize available revenue hours. After an appointment is made, the appointment details are immediately sent to the patient and the provider. Furthermore, the appointment details appear in the Patient Portal Dashboard as well as the Provider Portal Dashboard in a prominent and visible spot, thereby drastically reducing the number of missed appointments.

For remote or video appointments, our Automated Online Appointment Scheduling gives the users multiple points of access to appointments. Both the patient and provider can access the appointment with just a click from their respective portal dashboards, the email confirmation notifications, or the Automated Apointment Reminder notices that are sent out to both parties. The appointments can also be accessed from various mobile devices.

Payment processing is also integrated in our Automated Online Appointment Scheduling. This allows the healthcare provider to collect the payment at the time the appointment was made by the patient. For cancelations and no-show appointments, our intelligent software will automatically enforce the policies entered into the system by the healthcare provider for full refund, partial refund, or no refund. Our provider dashboard is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate when setting availability in the calendar and entering cancelation or no-show policies.
