VIRTUAL PRACTICE DATA MANAGEMENT

Let us provide you with reports that are organized for the purpose of helping you understand and make sound decisions to effectively manage your healthcare practice

Virtual Practice Data Management

Data analysis and reports are important factors in the management of any business including a healthcare practice. An effective data analysis includes collecting, evaluating, processing, and organizing data in a meaningful and easy to understand manner in the form of a report. Such reports should provide technical documents that are organized for understanding operational performance as well as helping management make sound decisions for improvements in the service delivery of a healthcare practice.

A healthcare practice has various types of important operational statistical data which require constant monitoring and analyzing. This includes keeping track of the number of existing and new patients, monthly visits, cancellations, and financial revenue and expense reports. In addition, there are many other data points which need to be analyzed such as reports that evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing plan and the amount of money spent to promote the practice.

As part of the services offered by our platform, we provide advertising and promotional management for our clients. These services can easily be activated and accessed through the Provider Dashboard. with corresponding detailed reports for each of these services.

For example, you can choose to have us fully manage your Google and Bing Advertising Campaigns. If you choose to activate this service, we would recommend that you also activate the related monthly report to see the post-click performance metrics for visitors to your Web Profile Page. These visitors are directed to your Web Profile Page by clicking on your Google ads placed by our experts to promote your practice.

As part of our service to manage advertising accounts for our clients, we keep track of all reports for the advertising campaigns on a daily basis and make all necessary adjustments to maximize Return on Investment (ROI). All of our efforts and the results of the advertising campaigns can be available to you so that you can look at your visitors’ Acquisition-Behavior-Conversion (ABC) cycle. The reports will provide you with insight into which advertising strategies need improvement and which ones are working well. For example, you will be able to see which campaigns are most effective and result in conversions and revenues from these reports.

As mentioned before, we look at these reports and take immediate action to maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns. Basically, we do all the work for you. However, we do the work in a transparent manner where you can see exactly what we are doing and why. In most cases our clients look at these reports for informational value only. However, we do have many clients who like to take a closer look at the data and make suggestions or adjustments such as the monthly budget for the campaigns, the times that the ads run, or adjustments to specific keywords. We work with our clients to achieve their intended goals and explain what normally works better.

We strongly recommend that you take advantage of the reporting system in the provider dashboard and look at the monthly reports for a better understanding of the services we provide.
