For the visits, the patient is given a link on the Patient Dashboard to access the VIdeo/Audio Visit Room where with just a simple click, the patient can easily enter the visit room. All Appointment Reminder Notifications are automatically sent to the Patient Dashboard as well as the patient's email and/or text number. The Patient Dashboard makes it extremely easy for a patient to arrange appointments and keep track of past appointments.
