Yes, our platform is designed with maximum flexibility to provide multiple options for setting various fees for various types of visits.

Can I change my fees if I want to?

Yes, you can easily change your fees at anytime from your Virtual Practice Management Dashboard.

When do I receive my visit fees in my bank account?

Generally, the fees are deposited in your bank account within 24 to 48 business hours after the visit depending on the credit card processor that you selected.

Do you have technical support to help me if I have questions or problems?

Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support by phone as well as a chat function accessible from the dashboard. Also, our platform is designed to provide each user with the capability to easily generate a technical support request directly from the platform for ease of communication with our technical support team. We also provide a list of frequently asked questions and answers which you can access from our platform. Can I cancel or close my account at any time?

Can I activate my availability even if I do not have any scheduled appointments?

Yes, you may use the "Available Now" or "Drop-in" functions to allow patients request visits without scheduling appointments in advance.

Can I provide healthcare services to patients in any jurisdiction (ie; Country, State, County, City, Township, Provence, etc.)?

We do not provide legal advice. We deliver a platform to healthcare providers to run their own virtual practices. We do not interfere in the legal questions or issues healthcare providers may have. If you have legal questions, we recommend for you to contact a local attorney.

How much does it cost to use your platform?

Our platform is FREE. A healthcare provider may use our platform to operate a virtual practice free of charge for most of the tools that are offered. However, not all the tools offered by our platform are free.

It is not a requirement for a healthcare provider to write content on their web profile. How does the video/audio patient visit system work?

Our secure HIPAA compliant video/audio visit system is set up to provide a positive and seamless experience both for the patient and the provider. Patients are prompted to enter the virtual visit room prior to their appointment time. Once the patient enters the visit room, an automatic notification is sent to the healthcare provider's dashboard informing the provider to enter the visit room. In addition to video/audio capabilities, our platform also offers screen capture as well as texting during the visit.

What equipment do I need to use your platform?

Most desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones can be used to access our platform and participate in video/audio visits. However, at a minimum if you are using a PC you will need Windows®7 or Vista and if you are using a Mac you will need OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or newer. Additionally, high speed internet connection and a webcam with at least 1.3 megapixels with a microphone (most webcams already have a microphone built in) are required.

Do I need internet access to use your platform?

Yes. Generally, high-speed internet access is recommended and preferred.
